Right At School
The nationally recognized after-school program provider Right At School recently conducted a survey of our parents/guardians to gauge expression of interest in after-school programming for our school communities. The survey was conducted on behalf of the Hanover School Division, and was completed at the end of March. Survey results indicate a sufficient level of interest in this fee-based service to proceed with registration plans for the fall of 2018.
Conditional upon receiving sufficient site registrations (daily average of 15 students per day), Right At School will offer after-school programming for children in Gr. K-8 at the following locations:
|Blumenort School||Mitchell Elementary School|
|Elmdale School||Niverville Elementary School|
|Kleefeld School||Southwood School|
|Landmark Elementary School||Woodlawn School|
|(Age-eligible children in other HSD schools are welcome to attend any of the listed program sites.)|
Right At School offers scheduled programming every school day, from the time school ends until 6:00 pm. A safe, comfortable and fun place for children after school. Led by nurturing educators, children will complete their homework, engage in fun fitness, enjoy snack time, participate in curriculum-based enrichment activities, and become part of a community that feels like family. Additional information can be found by visiting their website at www.rightatschool.com.
If you have interest in this after-school program for your child, we encourage you to attend one of the regional information sessions listed below. These 1-hour sessions will help answer any questions you may have about the service. Choose from either session.
