Register Your Child for School

Hanover School Division maintains strict catchment areas in order to ensure a balanced enrollment across the division and the viability of all schools. To determine your designated catchment area, please view catchment maps online or inquire at the school nearest to your place of residence.

The following registration forms are for those students new to Hanover School Division. If your child has been previously enrolled in one of our schools, please view the Returning Students page.

My Child Will Be Starting in the Next School Year (Sept. 2021)

STEP 1
NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION
Required input includes your child’s birth certificate number, MB health card number, address of residence, and parent/guardian contact information. To be eligible for Kindergarten Registration, children must be 5 years of age on or before December 31, 2021.

Upon submitting the registration form, you will receive email confirmation that we have received your child's registration. Notification will be sent to the email address that you provide on the form.

IMPORTANT!
After the registration has been processed by school officials, the parent/guardian will receive a second email confirming status of their child's registration with instructions on how/when to complete the next step (provide supporting documentation). Registration is not considered complete until supporting documentation has been verified.

My Child Will Be Starting in the Current School Year (Now - Jun. 30)
