Community Use Booking Form

Bookings for Term 4 - rental dates until June 30

Bookings are not accepted over the summer months - booking for next school year will open in September.

If you have a multiple date request, enter the first date here and enter all other dates and times below in 'OTHER INFORMATION'.

NOTE: Standard rental hours are from 7:00 pm to 9:45 pm on regular school days. Dates and times outside these may have additional charges applied.

For organized community group use involving educational and/or recreational student activities between 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on a regular teaching day, the students involved must attend a Hanover School Division school and shall be approximately the age of the students normally attending the school where the activity takes place. These community groups and the activities taking place may be considered as part of the standard usage period and not incur any additional hourly charges.

We require payment, along with a signed copy of the permit returned to our office within the time frame as outlined in the instructions above. Failure to forward payment and the signed permit as required will result in your request and proposed use of the facility being cancelled.

If paying online by credit card, you can simply press the PAY NOW button on the invoice you receive and you will be taken to the PayPal system to complete your payment. Note: You do not need a PayPal account to use this system.

Once we receive the required payment and signed document, we will complete the permit and forward that copy to you to present to the school upon your arrival. If you fail to provide this document to the school upon your arrival, your proposed use of the facility may be cancelled and all fees forfeited.
