Bright Arrow Communications

Dear Parents/Caregivers,

On Friday, Oct. 25, the Hanover School Division will conduct a test of the Bright Arrow notification system to ensure we have accurate contact information for all families. This system is used by the Division and schools for various communications, including emergencies, school cancellations, and non-urgent messages.

A test notification will be sent on Friday, Oct. 25 (a non-school day), between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM. For this test, we will be sending an email, voice call, and text message. The voice calls will come from 855-994-4242 and the text messages from 424-201-2087. During the scheduled test, you should receive three separate notifications:

  1. Email
  2. Automated Voice Call
  3. Text Message (only if we have a mobile phone number on file)

If you do not receive the expected notifications on Friday, please email your child’s school with your updated contact information.

If you no longer have a child in the Hanover School Division, please email info@hsd.ca to have your contact information removed from our notification system.

Thank you for helping us ensure timely and accurate communication.
