School Facility Bookings

The Hanover School Division Board of Trustees believes that it is important to promote and support the development of partnership agreements between community members, local municipalities and recreation commissions for the use of school and community facilities – to enhance the educational, recreational, social and cultural learning experiences of all Hanover students and community members. (HSD Community Use of Schools Policy)

Booking a Facility:

1. Review the booking terms, procedures, rates, and terms of use.

2. Review availability on the School Calendars.
Select the school and room(s) for which you wish to view availability. Only blocked dates or permits pending/booked will show on the calendar.
Although every effort is made to keep calendars accurate and current, they are subject to errors and accidental omissions. Schools may book empty time slots as seen on this calendar before the public view gets updated. In those cases the school booking will take priority over community use requests.
