Bright Arrow Communications

The Hanover School Division will be conducting a test of the Bright Arrow notification system to ensure that we have accurate contact information for all families. This system is used by the Division and its schools for various types of communication, including emergencies, weather-related school closures, and non-urgent messages.

A test notification will be sent on Friday, October 24 (a non-school day), between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM. For this test, we will send an email, voice call, and text message. Voice calls will come from 855-994-4242, and text messages will come from 424-201-2087. Please ensure your phone can receive calls and texts from these numbers.

During the scheduled test, you should receive three separate notifications:

  • Email
  • Automated Voice Call
  • Text Message (only if we have your mobile phone number on file)

If you do not receive the expected notifications on Friday or wish to change your communication preferences, please email your child’s school with your updated contact information.
