HSD Announces Administration Office Expansion

Steinbach, MB, Sept. 15, 2026 – Hanover School Division is breaking ground on an expansion of its administrative offices at 5 Chrysler Gate in Steinbach to accommodate continued growth. The Division has been based at this location since 2008, and the facility has been at capacity for many years.

Three Way Builders is leading the project under a design-build model. At an estimated cost of $4.7 million, the two-storey addition will add approximately 12,200 square feet to the existing facility. Construction is expected to be completed in fall 2027.

The new addition will provide increased office space along with additional meeting and conference room capacity. It will also allow the Division’s Student Services staff to relocate to the Administration Office. Student Services is currently located at 360 Fourth Street in space attached to Stonybrook Middle School.

The relocation will bring Student Services together with other divisional departments, supporting closer collaboration and coordination of services. The move will free up space at Stonybrook Middle School for additional classroom use.
