Steinbach, MB, October 29, 2026 – Hanover School Division is pleased to announce the official results of the school trustee election held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026.
Nine trustees were elected to serve on the Hanover School Division Board of Trustees:
Ward 1 West (Bothwell, Crystal Springs, Kleefeld and Niverville)
Jenn Elliot and Jeff Friesen
Ward 2 North (Blumenort, Landmark and Mitchell)
Shayne Barkman and Jacqueline Morgan
Ward 3 (Steinbach)
Tess Doerksen, Josh Loewen, Jeremy Neufeld, and Erin Williams
Ward 4 South (Grunthal)

Hanover School Division thanks all candidates and voters for their participation in the election. We extend our sincere appreciation to departing trustees Lynn Barkman, Ron Falk, Danielle Funk, Charmaine Toews, Brad Unger and Dallas Wiebe for their dedicated service to our school communities.
The inaugural meeting of the new board will occur on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
