My wife Janet and I have been married for 31 years. We have five children plus two son-in-laws, 1 granddaughter and 1 on the way. We live on our 4th generation farm West of Kleefeld.
Choosing to run for trustee of HSD wasn’t a difficult choice for me. I’ve always had an interest in our kid’s education. Now having grandkids it’s important to build on the good foundations of the past in our schools. We must focus on true connection in community and with the parents and students. I want all of our Hanover Schools to be a place where parents want their children to be.
I enjoy taking part and supporting community events and have volunteered with several organizations. I am currently on a Parent Advisory Council and serving on the board for Roseau River Bible Camp. I’ve enjoyed coaching and coordinating softball in the Southeast for many years.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with the same Amazing players for more than 10 years and still enjoy it.
I enjoy farming, motorsports, hunting and being with people. I look forward to serving the community as a school trustee.
