May 4, 2026 – Manitoba Hydro is currently responding to a situation involving a utility pole fire in the Grunthal area. Due to the severity of the damage, the pole will require immediate replacement. As a result, a planned power outage will be necessary and will impact the entire Grunthal station area.
Both Green Valley School and South Oaks School are closed today.
