Parkhill School
Hanover School Division requests proposals (RFP) for Child Care Services in Parkhill School, located at 91 Parkland Drive in Steinbach, Manitoba.
Scheduled to open in September 2025, the new school consists of 19 Kindergarten to Grade Four classrooms, a gymnasium, a library, a music room, an art room, a multi-purpose room, a life-skills suite, and associated support spaces. The school will also include a child-care facility with 74 spaces.

The Hanover School Division is pleased to announce that it has reached a 5-year agreement with Happy Feet Early Learning Centre Inc. to provide community child care services at the new Parkhill School located in Steinbach, scheduled to open in September 2025.
Happy Feet was selected as the provider of choice through an open Request for Proposal (RFP) process that closed on October 18, 2024.
